Adapted from US patent application filed in July 1897. Manufactured by the Underwood Typewriter Company, Franz Wagner’s design was the first widely available machine that employed a ‘front strike’ of the typebars, allowing the letters to be seen as they are being typed.

Printed with vegetable-based inks on a carbon neutral press using responsibly sourced, 300gsm Italian paper.
