Gaïa Rezerva is an organic extra virgin olive oil made from a blend of Koroneiki and Mavrolia olives, giving it a unique profile that is both rich and balanced, with a velvety texture. It brings together the fresh, herbaceous notes of green olive oil with the smoothness of black olive oil, complemented by a subtle fruitiness and a delicately peppery finish.
With a golden color and green highlights, it embodies the Mediterranean way of life and the connection between Greece and Quebec, carried forward by five generations who have carefully cultivated the land, and those who will continue to do so.
Its name pays homage to Gaia, the Greek goddess of the Earth, but also to the youngest of the Stavropoulos sisters: a symbol of continuity and the future.
Harvested from our family olive groves in Greece and cold-pressed the same day, it preserves all its freshness, aromas, and natural benefits.
